Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 09, 2012

In honor of May 10th, Clean Up Your Room Day, Azawhistle Kids announces the release of the iPad app, Tejas and Lollipop’s Great Clean Up: Everything Has a Home. The lifestyle brand’s first iOS appteaches kids the art of cleaning up their rooms. It is available for purchase in the iTunes store June 2012.

Azawhistle Kids uses yoga, meditation and simple acts of cleanliness to teach and inspire children to be organized, responsible, and conscious of their impact on their personal environment. “Go clean your room is rarely a positive,” said founder, Leslie Hendry. “Tejas and Lollipop help kids feel good about clean.”

Tejas and Lollipop’s Great Clean Up is an interactive story app with high-quality illustrations in a unique color palette. Lollipop is a wise lovable guru terrier who steers her best two-legged friend, Tejas, towards projects that surprise and make his mom proud. “My boys love Lollipop. She’s like a modern day Mary Poppins,” said Jean Tate, Los Angeles mom of twin three year olds. Through Lollipop and Tejas’ friendship, The Great Clean Up helps take parents off the cleaning battlefield and encourages positive family dynamics.

Kids interact with the story app through automatic and touch screen triggered animations. A built-in game returns all the toys and clothes in Tejas’ messy room to their rightful place. The app, featuring narration by dog lover, author and NCIS actor, David Dayan Fisher, voice over by yoga enthusiast and actress, Pranidhi Varshney, and accelerometer-based play, has an original score that helps place kids and parents in a modern, clean environment. Tejas and Lollipop’s Great Clean Up provides fun amidst the chaos of a disorganized room and then teaches the organizational skills to put the room back in order.

The app features "read to me" and "read to myself" modes with narration in both English and Spanish, and over 40 interactive animations. To meet Tejas and Lollipop and register for a promo code, please visithttp://www.azawhistlekids.com.
